In which countries do you deliver?
At this moment we only deliver in the United Kingdom.
What are the shipping cost?
We provide secure free shipping on all orders within the UK.
How can I track my order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can monitor your shipment's progress through the track order page or by using the Track & Trace code provided in the email.
How long is the processing and shipping time?
- Processing Time: Orders are handled within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after being placed.
- Transit Time: Once processed, shipping typically takes 4 -6 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery within the United Kingdom.
- Total Delivery Time: Please allow 5 - 8 business days from the time your order is placed to receive your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Can i cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you may cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. To check the status of your order, please contact us at support@laylafashionuk.com
Can i change my order?
If you ordered the wrong size as an example, please email support@laylafashionuk.com as soon as possible.
What is the return policy?
If you wish to return a product within our 30-day return window, we will process a full refund within five business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
How do i start the return proces
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@laylafashionuk.com to request a return authorization.
- Wait for confirmation from our customer service team before proceeding.
- If your return is approved, you will receive:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and proof of purchase.
- Ship the item using the return label provided.
Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refund processing times vary depending on your bank.
